Montana State University hosted the 2024 MSU Spring Rodeo April 11-14. The four-day rodeo featured the MSU men’s and women’s teams competing against six other schools from the Big Sky region: MSU Northern, the University of Montana, UM Western, Miles Community College, Dawson Community College and Northwest College.
Montana State won the men's and women's titles in both sessions of the event which is the launch of the five-rodeo, 26-day Big Sky Region spring season.
Bobcat athletes won three events in Sunday's championship to seal the team wins. MSU's Faith Marshall won the women's all-around title for the Rodeo #2, while Bobcat Wes Shawwon the men's all-around buckle.
